Ginger Hilb

Ginger is our Office Manager in the Berlin office. With a constant smile on her lips, she makes sure that our guests feel welcome and that everyone on our team always feels at ease.

After graduation, I wanted to get closer to my passion for childcare and started as an assistant to the management of a Daycare Facility. After working there for a while, I became in charge of one of the daycare centers with over 100 children and had oversight of all the operations. I grew a lot professionally being responsible for such a big organization.

When Creandum approached me, I felt that I was ready to take the next step forward. From the first interview, I was intrigued by the openness and passion that everyone in the team brought. I love working in a motivated and talented team and helping to make everyone feel comfortable and deliver great work. One of my greatest pleasures is cheering others on - and at Creandum I felt that this would be naturally part of my daily work.

When I am not spending my weekends on the tennis court, you can find me somewhere close to the water or somewhere else in nature with a book in my hands, but my greatest joy is spending time with my niece and nephew in Hamburg. Besides that, I enjoy baking for the team and trying to convince them of my “healthier” recipes and every now and then I like to loosen up the office mood with my „sometimes” good jokes.
