Dan is our Talent Lead in London, working closely with the founders of the Creandum funds' portfolio to attract outstanding people globally. He’s passionate about building strong teams and providing strategic guidance on all things talent-related.
Growing up with three brothers meant constantly bouncing between competition and collaboration. Our house was more like a training ground where I learned that being enterprising was essential to getting results. Being one of the middle children taught me some of the most valuable traits: patience, adaptability, and grit. Of them all, the one that’s stayed with me most is determination. It’s the foundation for so many other qualities, and I firmly believe that with the right mindset and approach, success is always within reach.

After spending most of my childhood in Devon, I returned to London for university, where I studied business management to keep my career options open. My entry into the world of talent acquisition came almost by chance, but I was instantly captivated by the entrepreneurial spirit of running a recruitment desk. I loved the clear connection between effort and outcome, where success is directly tied to your input.
Joining Revolut exposed me to the high-performance culture of a rapidly scaling company, which fueled my excitement about the dynamics of growth. This experience inspired me to join an early-stage startup and contribute to building something from the ground up, ultimately leading me to the Creandum team.
Outside of work, fitness is a major passion of mine. I’m dedicated to personal growth, constantly learning about the science of biomechanics and nutrition. If you’ve got fitness tips, exciting places to explore, or podcast and show recommendations, I’d love to hear them!
