Clustree built an automated HR recommendations platform that used artificial intelligence to make HR decisions blind to stereotypes and human bias. The technology leveraged vast amounts of internal and external HR data to automate talent decision-making, and was used across 30 different countries by clients such as Orange, Crédit Agricole, SNCF, and L’Oréal. The solution helped these clients dramatically reduce external recruitment costs and increase employee retention. Clustree was acquired in 2020 by Cornerstone (CSOD) to power its AI-driven skills platform for people development.
